2nd Annual Burien Garden Tour Saturday May 30th 10am-4pm

This year's tour features 9 unique Burien gardens!
Start: New Start Community Garden (Shark Garden) at 614 SW 120th St, Seattle. Bring your ticket confirmation to pick up your tour map and badge. Enjoy plant sales and local community organizations while you explore.
Finish: Huckleberry Gardens Nursery, 15411 8th Ave SW, Burien. Wrap up your tour with a complimentary glass of bubbles and pick out a free dahlia or begonia tuber. Use the entry tickets you collect at each garden for prize drawings, vote for your favorite garden, and enter the raffle for a chance to win even more garden goodies!

Why we started a nursery.
We love plants and nature and are here to be the conduits for beautifying your homes and your community. With our knowledge of plants, both native and hybrid, we are here to educate, inspire, and guide gardeners of every experience level.
We believe in inclusive ecosystems, with plants and especially with people. We strongly believe that gardening nurtures the soul and has great therapeutic benefits to whomever chooses to grow, whatever they choose to grow. We are here to help you find your place in this big, beautiful world through a connection with nature.
We love to foster backyard naturalists by encouraging the art of observing and curiosity in ordinary things. We offer our gardening partners a chance to see the beauty and wonderment in the “cheap showiness of nature”.
